Architecture - Architecture and design services from planning and conceptual design through construction administration and post-occupancy. Project types include corporate, higher education, healthcare, science & technology, and public market sectors.

LEED Consulting / LEED Project Management & Documentation - Expert guidance for building owners and design teams to achieve LEED Certification. Cooper Green Design encourages early involvement, assists team in setting specific green goals and targets, provides design recommendations, and guides clients through the LEED documentation and submission process. We offer comprehensive LEED Consulting and LEED Consulting per credit.

Sustainable Campus Planning - Cooper Green Design offers sustainable campus planning services for corporate and higher education clients. This service extends traditional master planning by adding layers of sustainability planning. Planning areas include natural resource use, green house gas emissions, campus culture, and institutional organization.

Sustainability Training & Education - Erin Nunes Cooper, AIA, LEED AP provides sustainability training for building owners, architects, engineers, facilities managers, and developers. See Cooper Green Design's Education section for more information.
